  • What type of chemicals do you use when cleaning?
    Riverside Cleaning Co. has made a decision to use green chemicals whenever possible. There are circumstances where chemicals used are not considered "green". A full list of chemicals and SDS sheets are kept on file and provided upon client request.
  • How do cleaners gain access to my building or home?
    Many clients provide us a key to their building or home. If you don't feel comfortable providing a building key you can provide key card or lockbox access on the day of your cleaning. If you decide to leave a door unlocked the day of your cleaning Riverside Cleaning Co. does not assume any liability.
  • Do you perform background checks on cleaners?
    Yes! We perform background checks on all Riverside Cleaning Co teammates. In addtion to background checks we also provide extensive training before assigning teammates to accounts.
  • What is the onboarding process for a new customer?
    We take onboarding very seriously. Learning your expectations and explaining our systems and processes is critical in providing quality service and building a lasting relationship. Below is the onboarding process. 1. Visit your business or home to inspect the space and learn of any customized requests. 2. Review Riverside cleaning procedures and make any requested adjustments. 3. Develop your cleaning schedule and determine facility access. 4. Authorize Riverside work release. 5. Begin cleaning within your desired timeframe.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We provide cleaning reminders 72 hours in advance for residential customers. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee if we cannot fill your appointment. Sameday cancellations are billed the full amount as we have reserved cleaners specifically for your home and need to keep them gainfully employed.
  • Is there anything you won't clean?
    We do not clean up animal waste, bodily fluids, or human waste. Additonally, if your home has insect infestation (bed bugs, cockroaches, etc) we will not visit your home until extermination has occured. For the safety of your electornics we do not apply any chemicals to your computer, tv, or electronic device screens.

Payments Accepted

Payment is due the day of the cleaning.  We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, cash payments are strongly discouraged.  We do not accept checks at this time.  

Cancellation Policy

We send appointment reminders 72 hours in advance of your appointment.  Cancellations made 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee if your time slot cannot be filled.  Same day cancellations are billed for the full amount of work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a service guarantee for all of our work.  If you are not satisfied please reach out and we will work to resolve your complaint.
