You can expect your home to look and smell clean after our visit. Custom cleaning checklists are made upon the client's request. Below is our typical cleaning checklist. We will provide extra attention to your areas of importance in your home. Kitchens • Vacuum and mop all floors • Dust and cobweb removal from walls & cabinets • Clean all surface tops • Shine exterior of all appliances • Clean sink and faucet • Clean microwave • Spot clean interior windows in reach (not requiring a ladder) • Empty all trash receptacles into exterior garbage can • Detail clean of baseboards and windows as needed (monthly) Bedrooms • Vacuum and mop all floors • Dust and cobweb removal • Wipe all furniture tops • Clean mirrors & spot clean interior windows in reach (not requiring a ladder) • Turnover bedsheet linens (if requested) • Empty all trash receptacles into exterior garbage return Bathrooms • Dust and cobweb removal • Clean and disinfect all surface tops • Clean mirrors & spot clean windows (not requiring a ladder) • Clean and disinfect toilet and sinks • Clean and disinfect shower bathtub • Vacuum and mop floors • Empty all trash receptacles into exterior garbage return • Deep scrub on shower/tub as needed (typically monthly) Living Areas • Vacuum and mop all floors • Dust and cobweb removal • Clean mirrors & spot clean interior windows (not requiring a ladder) • Wipe all furniture tops (and vacuum surface if requested) • Vacuum and mop all floors • Empty all trash receptacles into exterior garbage return • Detail clean of baseboards and windows as needed (monthly) Laundry Rooms/Mud Rooms • Vacuum and mop all floors • Dust and cobweb removal • Clean mirrors & spot clean windows (not requiring a ladder) • Clean the exterior of all appliances • Detail clean of baseboards and windows as needed (monthly)
